RETURN POLICY

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all the correct parts and components and the packaging arrived exactly as the product did.

  • Normal handling of the product is evident, breakages due to careless handling are excluded.

  • Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

  • The product was found to be defective immediately after receipt.

  • We have the right to charge the shipping costs to the customer.

  • A return will be processed within 7 working days and, if it has met the conditions, will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged.

Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse in China. Shipping costs start from €40. We recommend sending the return with the Track & Trace system, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

Exclusions
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, lingerie, tights and some sanitary products, are excluded from returns.

Customer Responsibility
Returning products is at your own risk. The company is not responsible for packages lost or held at customs during the return process.

How Can I Return My Order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must follow these steps to initiate the return process. Send an email to support@bodhi-melbourne.com and make sure the email contains the following information:

Order Number
Reason for return request.
Product photo in case of breakage.
Customer's name and surname.
Customer's address.
